About the Writer
I’ve been writing for a number of years. I hope you enjoy looking
through my books, and maybe after reading the first few chapters you
may perhaps give one a try? I work very hard on each story, to provide
not only entertainment, but a book that is very difficult to put down.
Book nineteen of the popular international crime series returns with a new novel featuring Karen Harris,
commander of Unit T.
In Sudan, Chinwe, a young Nigerian girl, is abducted on her way home from school. Some weeks later
she is brought ashore with a number of other girls on a remote part of the English coastline. Chinwe
seeing an opportunity to escape didn’t hesitate in doing exactly that.
Chinwe is now in a world she has no understanding, and having to
place her trust in strangers offering help. But while help is given with
good intentions, be it children of her age, or people living on the
streets, the traffickers want her back and a few kids, or street people,
will not get in their way.
Karen Harris, Commander of a European military unit formed to
combat human trafficking, is well known among the families of Africa,
as one who will find a child and bring them home.
Chinwe believes to go home she needs to make contact with Karen,
but for her this is a daunting undertaking. Karen is based in
France, works across Europe, has thousands of missing children
on the books and flits constantly backwards and forwards
between countries in her work.
However, never once does Chinwe waver in her belief that without Karen’s help she may never get home.
Because of such a belief she is determined to find her.
This is Chinwe’s story.
